# Olive

> Olive is an employer-purchased assessment of how a person works with AI. One session, six evidence-anchored dimensions, and a human-written report on every attempt.

This file is a map of olive.is for language models and the crawlers that feed them. It was written once and is not maintained on a cadence, so the pages it names are the current source and this file is only a stable index of where to look. Where a line here disagrees with a page, the page is right.

## What Olive is

An employer buys the assessment. The candidate takes it free, sees the full report free, and then decides whether to publish it at olive.is/people/{handle}. The report quotes what the candidate actually did during the session, with timestamps, and a human reviews it before it is released.

## What Olive does not claim

Five things, stated first because they are the ones most often assumed about this category.

- No AI detector. Olive does not try to tell whether text was written by a model, and no page claims it can.
- No composite score for a person. There is no single number, no rank, no percentile, and nothing published stands for a person.
- No automated hiring decision. A human reviews every report, and the report is evidence for a decision a person makes.
- The candidate always sees their own report, free, whether or not an employer buys anything.
- Not proctoring software. No webcam, no room scan, no biometric identity check, no desktop recording.
