For the person taking it
You keep the report
Everyone who finishes receives the same six findings the employer receives, with the same evidence excerpts, free — and keeps it.
Our commitments
What we will and will not do
Written as commitments rather than as a policy, because the policy version is what people skip.
No webcam. Ever.
No camera, no room scan, no biometric identity check, no desktop recording. Capture covers the assessment workspace and nothing else.
You are told first
What is captured, what is scored, what is never scored, who reviews it and how long it is kept — in plain language, before any account step.
A human writes every result
Not reviews — writes. There is no automated scorer; a person reads your session and types all six findings, and nothing reaches an employer until they do.
An assistant of your choice
Work with whichever assistant you already use and add each exchange to the transcript as it happens. A provided assistant is built and will be switched on shortly — access is never the thing being measured.
Typed is equal
Prefer not to speak? Typed think-aloud is chosen at the start of the session and the debrief is answered in writing by everyone today.
Ask and it goes
Deletion can be requested for a session. It opens a 30-day window — long enough to withdraw, and long enough that a record someone is obliged to keep is not lost by accident — and then removes the capture, the transcript and the report together.
Your clock
Async, on your own schedule, pausable and resumable within 48 hours. The assignment clock runs only while you are in the session.
What is never scored
Not your voice. Not your volume.
Accent, pace, hesitation and vocal tone never reach a score. Prosody is used only as an integrity signal, and an integrity signal never becomes a rating that an employer reads.
Neither does how much you used the AI. A candidate who decided the model was the wrong instrument for a step and did it by hand has demonstrated the exact judgment being tested. Volume is not a virtue here.
Download it
You are granted the identical report the employer gets, and you can download it from the report page in two forms: a readable file that opens in any browser and prints, and an archival file carrying the rubric, scorer and bank versions.
Worth doing immediately. You never make an account, so in-app access lives with the browser session you took it in — the downloaded copy is the one that survives a cleared cache.
Before you start
Curious what it looks like?
The sample report is a complete session, unredacted: what was caught, what was missed, and the excerpt behind every call.
