An attempt is counted when a candidate opens the workspace, not when they finish. Team checkout takes a card, not a sales call. Anything marked roadmap above is not built.

Before you buy
An attempt is counted the moment a candidate accepts the disclosure and the workspace opens — not when they finish. A session abandoned after two minutes has still spent an attempt. We would rather state that plainly than have it discovered on an invoice.
Yes — ten attempts, no card. You open a role against one of the live item banks, mint an invite link, and send it to a candidate yourself. Every attempt returns the full six-dimension report, including the candidate's copy.
No. Olive is employer-purchased, always. Charging the candidate would make the report a product they bought rather than a result they earned, and it would put a price on being assessed fairly.
The allowance is 25 attempts per role per month, counted per role rather than pooled across your roles. Past that it is $6 per attempt on Team, billed in arrears. Nothing stops mid-hire — the session opens and the overage is recorded. On Free the eleventh attempt is refused rather than billed.
